Minds Aligned operates from office space at Level 1, 88 Milton Street Mackay (above Milton Picture Framers), a calm and quite space that lends itself to our work including facilitation, leadership development, team alignment and 1:1 coaching sessions plus regular private and public group workshops on various topics.
These workshops are intended for anyone seeking to unlock their potential, be it through improving overall personal performance or general sense of well-being.  Our 'Well Aware' series of workshops covers topics in relation to self-awareness and personal performance (at work or in life in general) and link to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.  The intention is to helping grow your understanding of what might be getting in the way of you achieving overall health and well-being and offer strategies to support change.  Our 'Tap Into Health' workshops offer an introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or Meridian Tapping) with background information about how it works and what it can be used for with generally rapid results and immediate benefits.
All of our workshops help you to recognise which area of your life needs attention and support any changes you want to make.  We share tips, information, current research, philosophies and tools and techniques that you can easily include in your daily life to help you become your best and unique you.  These small group workshops (generally 6-12 people) are open to all from 15 yrs and up and cover such topics as managing stress, effective goal setting, overcoming fear, improving communication, building confidence and self esteem, releasing overwhelming emotions and moving on from trauma as well as many others. If there is a specific topic that you would like to know more about, please let us know.  If you have a group of six or more, we can arrange a date and time to suit the group and make sure that the topic is tailored to suit the needs of your group, please contact us for further details.
