Team Building

“Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” Vince Lombardi, Coach

Releasing discretionary effort

Discretionary effort – "the difference between the level of effort one is capable of bringing to an activity or a task and the effort required only to get by or make do.”

We work with new or established teams and leaders as part of an organisation’s development to enhance both individual and team understanding of organisational culture and values. By clarifying the objectives, (who we are, why we are here, what we do), individual ownership is developed and collective effort released and with it the power to achieve the organisation's aims and objectives is enhanced.

Example

Successfully designing, developing and facilitating the induction process and ongoing review centred on developing behaviours, instilling values and establishing the desired organisational culture creating a “one team” focus for 120 employees in a specialised resource environment.
